About this Project
DEW was hired in Warren, CT, for its expertise in land and water management. We were tasked with making a marshy and unusable area more manageable. We began by assessing what was needed to prevent water from settling and stagnating. We extended the drain field, which prevented water from building up in the low-lying areas. We managed the forest by removing brush, giving it a chance to grow and mature naturally.
